I met with a naturopath a couple days ago regarding some health issues I’ve been having. Today, is day 2 without coffee. The withdrawals are ferocious! As much as I want to feel better, I really sorta hope that she’s wrong in thinking caffeine is having an adverse effect on my body. The new diet would have been more shocking if I wasn’t already eating pretty clean, but having to give up chocolate and caffeine… it is making me a very sad girl!
